And it's not just that he's bad, but he's also expensive. Phace if you somehow have a rare TF when you're stuck on ItF Chapter 1. I only rate him 2/10 because Cataur has 390 range, which is pretty good for a rare, so he might have use against I.M. I use this as my reference because I've never actually used him. Archer Cat is awful and in the Cattle Bats cupid can't even OHKO a those guys in chapter 3 moon and costs 1320 to boot. Unfortunately like most rares she is situational so I don't rate her any higher. I don't know much about the TF, but she looks pretty good. I always preferred Pirate cat for bores, but it can't be denied that Witch completely dominates them and is pretty good against shy boys as well. Other than these enemies he has very little use, but his freeze is a really great power and he is spammable enough to allow for quick permafreezes on floating. He absolutely wrecks them and leaves them with no chance for attacking. Shaman is great just for Cyclones and Bun Buns. However he can be useful to get you out of a tight situation and is in some good combos. The only floatings with low enough range to get hit by the anti-floating rare trio are Bun Buns and Cyclones, and Shaman is much better in those cases. Tbh knockback isn't very useful against floating enemies either. How nice.įortune teller Cat/Fisherman Cat/Doctor Cat 7/10 He got area attack! Since he's more spammable than Tathatgata he's often a better choice for slowing floating and is better than Shaman against multiple enemies. In addition the double money is actually useful now because trolly bloggers already fetch quite a bit of cash.īishop is ok, but tbh with any floating enemy that he will be able to hit, Shaman does a much better job, as freeze is better than slow. Goemon can be very useful at quickly clearing hordes of peons, especially trolly bloggers. It's amazing the difference area attack can make. He can be useful very early game because of his fast attack, but he really has very little use. His price often exceeds the money he earns for you. He is quite expensive and often isn't powerful enough to kill peons in middle game. Thief Cat/Phantom Thief Cat/Goemon Cat 7/10 Once a stack gets going they can do better than Raiden, and they knockback reds so much you can take down Berserkory with just Catleys. Pirate Cat/Captain Cat/Dread Pirate Catley 8/10Ĭatley is AMAZING against bores and Nyandams. His area attack makes him good at clearing out small crowds especially when there are a lot of him, and he has enough health to tank a hit from a capy, which makes him useful as a cheaper Sushi. However, Maximum the fighter is a pretty good cat, and when he does have use he is pretty great. Whoa! He's my flair! That aside he won't have a whole lot of use because he's kind of expensive as a meatshield. Viking Cat/Thor Cat/Maximum the Fighter 7/10 Great cat who helped a lot on Techneurosis. His decent damage per hit allows him to 2 shot kill Super Metal hippoe, and in some cases he is better than Hurricat due to the damage difference. I know he's very situational, but Catasaurus is a really good anti-metal, which warrants such a high rating. Jurassic Cat/Jurassic Cat Sitter/Catasaurus 8/10 Her area attack with high range and attack along with spammability makes her really good against anything that she outranges. I rolled her early in my Chinese account and she made EoC so much easier than it was in BCEN. Need I explain? Paris has long been considered the best rare cat and while Jiangshi gives her a run for her money she's still really great, especially in earlier game. He excels against enemies like Nimoy Bore and Bun Bun Symbiote, who can be really hard to kill. He is now kind of like an anti-alien cross between Jizo and Crazed UFO, both of which are great cats. With his TF Wheel also became a lot better because of increased range and attack. One of the best rare cats and arguable the best meatshield. He essentially functions as 2 meatshields, especially on levels with hard hitting enemies, and allows you to free up a slot for something else as well as not consume the cat limit. His 100% lethal strike ability in TF is amazing. Pogo went from one of the worst rare cats to one of the best ones. I'm just going to start with gacha rares and then I'm going to add monthlies and cyclones soon.Įdit: Disclaimer: Any rare cat with a true form that I list here without a TF is likely better than what I say, as the guide is not always up to date. u/Kaxzer's recent posts have been helpful in that respect but I thought I would make an updated version of what I think the best rare cats are. We only think about what ubers are good, so rare cats get overlooked. So I realized that with all the focus on ubers and all the OP new rare TFs coming out there was a disparity.
