Walter graduated from Housatonic Valley Regional High School with the class of 1954. Walter was born Octoin Torrington, CT the son of the late Donald and Mildred (Edwards) Hall. He was the loving husband of the late Carol O’Brien Hall. Hall, 86, of Kent, CT, passed away, at Geer Village in Canaan, CT.
